AstroForge DeepSpace-2

Announced / waiting on the mission — not another in-flight KULR build. DeepSpace-2 is assembled (4 Jun 2026) and slated as a Falcon 9 rideshare with Intuitive Machines IM-3. AstroForge still says Q4 / late 2026. If IM-3 slips, this slips. KULR has not filed a post-integration 8-K; the sub maps two ~500 Wh packs on the bus. Until it flies, this sits in ‘won, not yet shipped’ — not delivered, not a second Forge card.

Won and (street) packed. Next event is IM-3 / Falcon 9 — KULR is not the launch provider.

KULR Webster · Houston Spaceport

Forge-2 / Webster plant

Q3 2026 ramp · official

Forge-2 and the 25k-sq-ft expansion are the same Webster plant, not two ramps. Q2 (13 Aug): the new Texas facility did not contribute revenue; management said production lines should be operational in Q3. The website already markets FORGE-2 as running automated and semi-automated lines with up to three shifts. Treat that as plant-in-operation marketing, not a filed utilization %. Bar is Q3 line-up, not ‘82% of 150 MW’.

Texas Space Commission SEARF

Through 30 Nov 2027 · official

This is still in flight. TSC awarded KULR up to $6,703,500 to design and test high-energy Li-ion packs for extreme cold, vacuum, and radiation, and to deliver a flight-ready module. Partners named on KULR socials: NASA Johnson and South 8 Technologies. The award reimburses eligible costs; it is not a lump sum already in the bank. Termination is 30 Nov 2027. Do not mark this delivered.

Icarus Robotics

Icarus JOY / K1S

Early 2027 · official

KULR ONE Space selected to power JOY, a 7-DOF free-flyer for the ISS. Official print 15 Jul 2026: targeted to fly early 2027 as JOYRIDE-1. That is their stated window, not a manifested NET. Remaining KULR work is build / qualify / deliver — so this stays in flight, not announced-and-waiting.

Unnamed · street maps to Neros

U.S. defense drone OEM

KULR has not named Neros or Anduril. Official prints: Apr 29 initial K1A orders from an unnamed U.S. FPV/defense UAS maker (~$1M in, >$5M 2026 opportunity) and Jun 2 prototype development with a U.S. military drone manufacturer. Street maps that OEM to Neros / Anduril-adjacent. Treat the names as inferred until KULR prints them.
