AstroForge still says Q4 / late 2026. If IM-3 slips, this slips. KULR has not filed a post-integration 8-K; the sub maps two ~500 Wh packs on the bus. Until it flies, this sits in ‘won, not yet shipped’ — not delivered, not a second Forge card.
