Q2 (13 Aug): the new Texas facility did not contribute revenue; management said production lines should be operational in Q3. The website already markets FORGE-2 as running automated and semi-automated lines with up to three shifts. Treat that as plant-in-operation marketing, not a filed utilization %. Bar is Q3 line-up, not ‘82% of 150 MW’.

AstroForge still says Q4 / late 2026. If IM-3 slips, this slips. KULR has not filed a post-integration 8-K; the sub maps two ~500 Wh packs on the bus. Until it flies, this sits in ‘won, not yet shipped’ — not delivered, not a second Forge card.
